Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team to troubleshoot the issue and determine if an RMA is necessary.

Obtain RMA Authorization:
Package and Ship the Product:
- Securely package the product in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
- Ship the product to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
RMA Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility for return or warranty coverage.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your RMA request.
Warranty Information:
All products purchased from us are covered by our limited warranty policy. Here are the key details regarding our warranty coverage:
Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Duration: The duration of warranty coverage varies by product and is specified in the product documentation or standard six months from the date of invoice.
